Agency Kit delivery and refund policy

No purchase is currently available. This policy applies when the Agency Kit checkout is activated. It explains the intended digital delivery and support route without reducing any mandatory consumer or digital-content right.

Seller and Merchant of Record

The product licensor is Guilherme Costa, a private individual established in Portugal and operating as CatalogVigil. When checkout is activated, Lemon Squeezy is expected to act as Merchant of Record for payment, applicable tax, receipt, and delivery. Its checkout and buyer terms will apply to those functions; the CatalogVigil commercial licence controls permitted use of the delivered software.

Digital delivery

After an accepted payment, Lemon Squeezy will make the purchased ZIP and order record available through its delivery and order-access process. The buyer should download the file promptly, verify that it opens, keep a secure backup, and retain the receipt as licence evidence. No physical item is shipped.

Technical requirements

The reviewed production build can be deployed to ordinary static hosting without Docker, a database, or a persistent server process. Rebuilding or modifying the source requires a supported Node.js version and basic command-line and hosting knowledge. The product does not include hosting, Shopify credentials, a domain, bespoke installation, or compatibility with every modified environment.

Problems with delivery

If an accepted order is charged but the ZIP or order access is unavailable, contact the order support route shown by Lemon Squeezy or email catalogvigil@gmail.com with the order email and reference. Do not send card details or a catalogue. CatalogVigil and the Merchant of Record will use the information needed to restore delivery, provide a replacement, or issue an appropriate refund.

Duplicate orders

An unintended duplicate charge for the same buyer and product should be reported promptly with both order references. After verification, the duplicate will be reversed or refunded through the Merchant of Record. A refunded duplicate does not cancel the separate valid licence.

Defects and conformity

Report a reproducible defect with the product version, browser or build environment, expected behavior, observed behavior, and a privacy-safe minimal reproduction. Do not attach a real client catalogue. If the delivered product materially fails to provide the documented core functionality, the response may include troubleshooting, a corrected file, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate. Mandatory remedies and timing under applicable consumer law remain available.

Change of mind and digital-content withdrawal

A consumer's statutory withdrawal rights depend on the applicable law and the checkout facts. Where immediate digital delivery can lawfully begin only after the consumer expressly consents and acknowledges the resulting effect on the withdrawal right, checkout must collect that acknowledgement before delivery. The absence of a valid acknowledgement does not remove a right granted by law.

For business buyers and consumer requests outside a mandatory remedy, change-of-mind refunds after successful download and access to source-visible software may be limited by the Merchant of Record's buyer terms and the checkout disclosures. Requests will still be assessed fairly, including whether the product description, delivery, or core functionality was materially defective.

How to request help or a refund

Use the support method on the Lemon Squeezy order or email catalogvigil@gmail.com. Include the order reference, purchase email, product variant, and a concise explanation. Never include full payment-card data, credentials, or private catalogue data. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where available.

Effect of a refund or chargeback

When the full price is refunded or reversed, the related licence ends and the buyer must stop using and delete operational copies, unless mandatory law or a written resolution provides otherwise. Records that must be retained by law may be kept only for that purpose.

Consumer complaints and dispute information

Before consumer checkout is activated, CatalogVigil will publish the applicable Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book access and available consumer alternative-dispute-resolution information. The present website does not accept a consumer order.
