Accessibility statement
CatalogVigil aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA for its core CSV-checking journey. File selection, intent selection, finding filters, finding details, fix choices, and exports are designed for keyboard and screen-reader use.
Measures in the product
- A skip link, semantic headings, labels, table caption, live status, and visible focus states.
- Severity labels use words as well as color.
- Touch targets, responsive reflow, high contrast, and reduced-motion support.
- Finding details receive focus when opened; input errors are announced.
- The core task does not require drag-and-drop, a pointer, audio, video, or timed interaction.
Known limitations
Findings reflow into labelled stacked records on narrow screens while retaining table semantics. Browser-native file pickers vary by operating system. Formal testing with multiple assistive-technology/browser pairs remains outstanding.
